Our business is built on strong personal relationships. I’m a believer in just picking up the phone and talking to clients and I constantly encourage our advice team to do the same. As CEO of the group I’m responsible for our advice and back office team, amongst other areas. I’m very aware that our clients pay our wages and know that if we don’t maintain a great service, sound advice and fair and transparent fees, those clients will go elsewhere. I’m proud of the fact that our clients stay with us for the long term.
