Just a note to say a very big thank you to LIFT-Financial and to my Financial Adviser Edward Backhouse. Excellent advice and guidance, I really do praise your financial acumen. It almost worries me to think of the wrong plans I was vaguely making about how to achieve a secure financial future at 3 years from state retirement age and an impending divorce. I do thank you for such excellent advice as I certainly needed it!

I just wanted to thank Ed for providing such considered and valuable advice as to how best to proceed following my recent change of circumstances, so as to best plan for the future. Being a single parent with a teenager, it's vitally important that I can safeguard the future, but at the same time balance that with present needs and I always feel confident that you enable me to do that every time we speak, whether in person or on the phone. I have mentioned your name to a couple of acquaintances of mine and I would have no hesitation in recommending you again in the future.

Ed was really thorough, provided lots of options for potential products and was persistent in chasing up our case to get it across the line. We always felt well informed and that we had transparent information to make decisions on.

LIFT have taken me from zero financial plans and protections all the way through to setting me up with policies and pensions to protect my future. With this space being new to me, Ed has been patient enough to explain things in a simple way and answer all questions and concerns I have - regardless of how minor they may have seemed. As well as getting things in place, it has also helped shift my mind set to think and plan forward, rather than just thinking about the now.
