I joined LIFT in 2015 after having worked for a small firm for 11 years. While working at LIFT, I have gained my Diploma in Financial Servies and have worked with different advisers, helping to streamline their records and improve efficiency.
I currently work alongside three advisers, dealing with a wide range of clients as the main point of contact within the teams.
My role as a Senior Client Support Associate also involves training fellow team members and assisting them within their roles on a day-to-day basis.
