Autumn Budget Summary

The Chancellor signalled an end to austerity in his Budget yesterday, with several spending measures announced following lower than expected public borrowing. Otherwise, the Budget was fairly benign for most tax payers, with some welcome news around Personal Allowances and the Higher Rate tax threshold.
