LIFT-Financial Group is joining Brooks Macdonald

We are pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement for LIFT-Financial Group and LIFT-Invest Plc to be acquired by Brooks Macdonald. This represents an exciting step for us as we become part of a larger organisation that shares our dedication to providing the highest level of service to their clients.

Brooks Macdonald, a well-established investment management and financial planning firm listed on the London Stock Exchange, oversees approximately £18bn for their clients. Whilst we will continue to give the same unbiased, independent advice to our clients, we will benefit from the depth of investment knowledge the extended group will have. Subject to regulatory approval, we will be joining their Direct Wealth division, allowing us to enhance our services and explore new products and services that can enhance your financial wellbeing.

At this point, the transaction is still subject to regulatory approval, which we anticipate receiving in the first quarter of 2025. In the meantime, there will be no changes to the service our clients receive or the contacts they have in the business.
