Class of 2010

The financial planning market has undergone a number of changes over recent years, and has led to industry having to raise its game. LIFT-Financial has been at the forefront of many of these changes, and is in place for further changes proposed from 2013 in the Retail Distribution Review (RDR).

The Corporate ‘Chartered Financial Planners’ status allows firms to demonstrate their professional commitment to raising standards of knowledge, capability and ethical practice. With the limited number of Chartered Financial Planning practices, the Chartered Financial Planners status is an exclusive and valuable distinction.

Chartered firms must ensure staff members acquire and retain the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver the highest quality advice. They must also work in an ethical manner that places clients’ interests at the heart of the advice they give.
