Rachel, Client Service Team
At LIFT I get support to reach my career goals. The company is modern and progressive, the staff are friendly, the work is interesting and I always feel motivated.
LIFT-Financial have been instrumental in helping me to progress from higher education into a solid career. I've had invaluable, on-the-job experience and study support towards the CII Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning. I've moved around the business from team to team whilst completing exams. Not only would I highly recommend LIFT as an excellent place to work, I would also encourage others to consider an apprenticeship. My ambition is to ultimately become a Chartered Financial Planner.
LIFT has enabled me to develop further into the highly skilled and professional mindset needed for the industry. Since joining, I've experienced a wide range of roles for different advisers which I believe has helped make me more well-rounded. Having a set pathway for reaching adviser level is something that gives inspiration as well as clarity.
Dan, Chartered Financial Planner
“My first involvement with LIFT was in 2009, having just graduated. I initially worked on a part-time basis, never really intending to pursue a career in financial services. However, after becoming more involved with the company, and recognising the career opportunity that was available to me, I moved onto the Academy programme and I haven’t looked back. I am now a qualified Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, and in the early stages of building my own client bank.
Dan, Chartered Financial Planner
Working at LIFT can be challenging; the pace is fast and the learning curve steep. However, it is an extremely rewarding company to work for and their professionalism and innovation sets them apart from the wider industry; always looking to improve the service that can be delivered to clients. LIFT will support you along the journey and provide the very best opportunity to make a successful career. It is then really up to you what you make of it.
Ed, Client Support Administrator
As a young graduate with a First in Economics from Loughborough University, I was looking for a structured and progressive graduate scheme in finance. The LIFT training programme appealed to me as it offered the chance to study for professional exams and become a Chartered Financial Planner within an innovative and vibrant organisation. LIFT offers exceptional service to its clients and I would recommend all aspiring graduates to consider applying.
